Our big, beatiful booth was filled all day with new friends and old. Jeannine Stein and Holly Dye donated their day providing free mini-book make-'n-takes that went from 10am-6pm with only one teensy food break. Those girls rocked!
A highlight of the day was when we had a visit from the Art Sisters, Linda and Karen popped over for a delightful visit during a break from their book event. You really need to take a gander at their creation, so hit this link: I Am Art and you will see a glimpse into the wonderful world of our dear friends. BTW...Rosie O'Donnell loves 'em too!
We had some really cool books for sale at our booth, and ordered extra to take back to the shop
Let's just say, it was a great day. Biggest highlights; we met Jeff and his lovely wife from Autumn Leaves (we knew he was cool when he identified the Cavallini products to his mrs...), Josh, the winningest Geek from Beauty & The Geek (we are getting that Shrine class together for you!), and had a nice visit with Leonard Maltin, who was a student of our own Jeannine's daddy-o back in the day. Lorelei Gilmore (Lauren Graham) did a walk through, and Tommy Chong did a walk by. Did we mention that the food was good?
West Hollywood Book Fair: A+
