 A little Back-to School shopping at The Grove last night with Liza....Of course we all know the first place for that is Anthropologie for a 12 year old (ha!) ....

Milk Green Sparklies caught my "determined to find sturdy school jeans" eye...

Oops, I LOVE IT....plus it matches my toolbox!

My toolbox I might be packing to see my beautiful Gypsy Sista Tricia in San Diego this Saturday to take her class at Paper Tales...

p.s....I do have on a strapless dress up there.

I didn't wander far from my sweet bungalow or the beach this weekend...but when I did...SCORE!

A practically perfect vintage sewing box to house all my display tools...and in the perfect pistachio hue that I so love! I hope you scored a goody this weekend...

I am so blessed to have the true friends I have and also professionals that believe in me. Yesterday I received word that I would be styling a house for an upcoming feature in "Metroplitan Home"...Only one of my faves!

Prayers...

Prayers and Forgiveness.

I'm glad I have had the past few weeks as a time of reflection ..there weren't any events or too much work. Mikey was out of baseball and my little Liza-lou was sick.

Just the three of us. I couldn't have been happier. Happier than I have been in 2 years. I know with Mikey entering High School, it's the calm before the storm. If you know me you know I have plenty of rain gear and have weathered as much as God has been willing to put on my plate....

So bring on the storm, my protection is prayers and forgiveness.

At our expansion party last year (to celebrate doubling in size) we hosted a Marie Antoinette themed party complete with Eiffel Tower cookies, mini French champagne splits, chocolate Marie Antoinette busts and pastel patisseries galore!... All displayed in and around a Marie Antoinette French theater prop and a 12 foot high, pink Eiffel Tower!

A Beautiful Summer...

Sorry it has been such a long time since I posted...Just enjoying the fun and sun with my kids...We have been beach bunnies most of the summer when I wasn't working...
