...  No that is not my tattoo, although I have "gypsy" in the same place....

More than ever I am feeling like a gypsy, but I know I will keep fighting.

I have been painting and cleaning up my store with the hopes of opening next weekend...fingers crossed.

I am visiting all my girls, Linda, Sherry, Tricia, Joy, Rita and Deb this weekend.

I can't wait to see everyone...

Oh my word...what a glittery, sugary surprise for me to come home and receive...

Miss Jennifer Hayslip, the Original Southern Belle, made all these yummies...for me!

Her sweet love is put into everything she does, I have been a huge fan of her art since I saw her first delightfully whimsical piece.

I am delighting in such magical art and trying to figure out where to place my Dolly...

 Her dress even says..."California"....ToO cute.

So inventive and imaginative.

I can't wait to see what Miss Jennifer comes up with for her next event,

"Petticoats and Parasols" in April.

I have alot to post from Valentine's day until now...I hope you can keep up...

But this was most certainly the most exciting!

 This is my reason for being sOoOo elated.

I am re-opening my store in a beautiful sun filled space in Santa Monica.

This wonderful space is reminiscent of my first store but better...

I actually looked at this property in 2003 before I opened on Pico Blvd. 

Really excited to start this new journey with many different concepts.

My direction will be focused on Vintage Furniture, Fashion, Paperie...

Events & Workshops...With a Cause...

    "Create it Forward"  

I have been so blessed through the years to have experienced working with Charitable Foundations that have given me so much strength and power.

Selling hundreds of "ALS"  bracelets at my store after my Mother was diagnosed with Lou Gehrig's Disease in 2004 started my interest in living outside of myself...

Since then I have worked AND needed help in other areas of my life with different organizations.

This blessing of a beautiful new venue is an opportunity to share and volunteer my space to causes that make a difference in our communities.

I invite you to get in touch with me to share your ideas or if you are interested in teaching a class at my store with a percentage of proceeds going to the charity of your choice.
